- Minimum requirement for Group Rate is ten, (10), rooms/night.
- Rates quoted are single/double occupancy for Adult groups.
- Add $10.00 per additional person for triple/quad rooms.
- Student Groups are flat for 1-4 persons per room w/ two double beds.
- One complimentary room per twenty rooms actualized.
- Porterage: $4.00 per person, round-trip.
- Catered meals are available.
