Social Group Rates
The Midtown Hotel offers reduced rates and special on-line booking codes for blocks of ten or more rooms. Your guests can make their reservations directly on line. A "cut-off" date is set, usually two weeks out from the block dates. Your guest will have until this "cut-off" date to make their reservations. After the cut off date un-reserved rooms left in the block are returned to house inventory at NO additional cost to you.
