Hospital Cab Reimbursements

Program Restrictions

• The Midtown Hotel will reimburse up to $30 per day in cab fares, for guests registered under our Hospital Program.
• Reimbursement can only be applied as a discount to the guest foilio. Cash paid outs are NOT permitted.
• Reimbursements can only be made against a valid cab receipt, in its original form (no copies). Receipts must match the dates of the guest's stay, and must be submitted prior to check out. Receipts received after check out will not be accepted.
• Total cab reimbursements cannot exceed $30/day and must match submitted receipts. For a faster departure, guests should submit receipts to the Front Desk at least one hour prior to checking out.
• The unused portion of the maximum value of $30/day is not transferable, nor is it applicable as a discount to the guest foilio.
